It’s a very satisfying stimming tool that helps both with concentration and soothing anxiety or nervousness. It looks cool too with the contrast in the colors of the base of the ring and the silver colored chain that spins freely around the base. Quite addictive I must say.

Great Bag

I didn’t know what the semi-colon meant as a symbol for mental health. Being Greek the latin semi-colon is the Greek question mark, so I thought it was cool and a call to keep an open mind. Then it finally dawned on me that perhaps the semi colon meant something and I researched it and found out it’s meaning regarding suicide and mental health. I think it’s a great T-shirt to spread awareness!
