I'm Tyler—a father, artist, mental health advocate, and survivor. Evolve Supply Co. was born from some of the darkest moments of my life—struggles with addiction, grief, trauma, and the battle to feel seen and heard. What started as a way to express my pain and healing through creativity has grown into a movement dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health.
I created Evolve to be more than just a brand. It's a safe space. A voice for those who feel silenced. A reminder that healing is messy, beautiful, and absolutely possible. Every product we create is a reflection of that journey because you are not broken. You are becoming. And together, we are evolving.

Meet Josh – Director of Operations/COO at Evolve Supply Co.
Josh is the driving force behind getting Evolve Supply Co. into new spaces and into the hands of more people who need it. As our Director of Operations, he’s passionate about creating real connections—with local shops, markets, and the community—so the mission behind Evolve can keep reaching further.
What sets Josh apart isn’t just his hustle—it’s his heart. He believes in the power of purpose-driven business and is deeply committed to our mission of breaking the stigma around mental health. With every store placement and market booth, he’s not just building a brand—he’s building a movement.
When he’s not scouting opportunities or repping Evolve, you can find him talking about mental health and working as an Addictions Counsellor, supporting friends, being an amazing husband and father, and bringing good energy wherever he goes!
Megan - Social Media Manager
Meet Megan – Director of Marketing at Evolve Supply Co.
Megan is the creative mind behind our online presence, making sure Evolve’s message of hope and healing reaches as many people as possible. As our Social Media Manager, she brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and heart to every post, story, and campaign—helping us connect with people on a deeper level.
What makes Megan stand out is not just her eye for content, but her ability to create genuine engagement. She understands that what we do is more than clothing—it’s about breaking the stigma around mental health and building a safe, supportive community. Through her work, she helps transform our mission into a movement that inspires people to speak up, share their stories, and know they’re not alone.
Outside of Evolve, Megan also runs her own successful esthetics business, where she empowers others to feel confident in themselves. We’re so grateful to have her on our team—her dedication, creativity, and passion for people are a big part of what makes Evolve thrive.
